🚗 You are strongly encouraged to use street parking available on Prem Circle in order to avoid delays due to our busy parking lot and tight spaces that make using car seats challenging for families with young children. There is a walking path that will let you quickly and easily access our complex.
🔔 Do you or your child need immediate support? Consider contacting the Distress Centre Ottawa (adults 19+), or Kids Help Phone, Youth Services Bureau, or OneStopTalk (children/teens). If you or your child are suicidal or at risk, you should dial 9-8-8 for the National Suicide Help Line, call 9-1-1, or go to the nearest emergency department.

New Client Sessions
Please start by booking a free meet and greet appointment to determine if we are a good fit. This would then be followed by a 1.5 hour intake appointment for new clients to onboard with Monika.
Phone Call
Let's avoid playing phone tag and emailing sensitive information. Schedule a no-cost, 15 minute phone call or virtual meeting.
Psychotherapy Services
Virtual and in-person psychotherapy sessions for individuals or families. Virtual session links are available 30 minutes before the appointment start time; you will be provided with a link by email at that time, or otherwise you can access the link by logging in to your Jane account. In-person sessions are held at Village Professional Services in Barrhaven West.
Clinical Supervision & Consultation
I offer clinical supervision to experienced clinicians seeking to expand their competencies to working with children, youth and families. I satisfy the supervisor qualification requirements with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
